Under the guidance of our Gin Expert, you’ll discover the origins & history of gin, including an insight into the distilling process. You’ll get to taste 5 different (delicious!) gins, whilst you are guided through the tasting notes, botanicals and subtleties of gin. All this is complimented by some tasty nibbles & a great range of tonics with an option to add a meal from our Academy Menu. Delve into the wonderful world of gin! Guests will be guided on a sensory journey across 5 different premium/craft gins. Learn the secrets behind the recipes/botanicals and get hands on with the chance to experiment with different tonics and garnishes. Boasting floor to ceiling windows that look out onto our beautiful Garden area, this space is perfect for a private party. Accessible two steps up from our Brewery & Bar area, it’s nicely tucked away with an eye-catch- ing wooden barrel stave ceiling, TV screen, spot lighting and space for 46 people for seated dining or 60 buffet style.
If additional space is needed – the Garden can be adjoined by opening the bi-fold doors to create an additional 50 seats for those bigger affairs (there’s also the option of a private outside bar too to make the party extra special!)
