Spend the day brewing a beer with one of our award-winning brewers!
Get hands on and get involved! Our microbrewery sits right in the heart of our beautiful brewpub, you will be treated to breakfast, lunch and a lot of beers throughout the day. As your day comes to a close you will also get to choose a 5 Litre mini keg of beer to take away with you.
This experience is perfect to enjoy on your own (with our brewer of course) or as part of a group!

A tutored tasting covering 8 different beers hosted by our beer specialist and the option to add a meal

A tutored tasting of a variety of craft gins and nibbles, hosted by a gin expert and the option to add a delicious meal from our Academy Menu.
Delve into the wonderful world of gin! Guests will be guided on a sensory journey across 5 different premium/craft gins. Learn the secrets behind the recipes/botanicals and get hands on with the chance to experiment with different tonics and garnishes. All topped off with delicious nibbles, a double G&T of your choice and the option to finish with your choice of Academy Meal for the perfect experience!
Includes a souvenir certificate signed by our resident gin specialist and nibbles 🙂

Get the party poppers out, its time to celebrate!

The dynamic Snug with it’s big, long tables combined with the smaller groups of 4 make it a great area for sharing dishes with a gathering of up to 18 people. For a little more privacy, pull a curtain across the doors and enjoy a more intimate celebration.

Under the glittery lights of the garden, you can dine al fresco style (oooh lala)! Order a pint, Gin & Tonic, or even a cheeky Pimm’s and enjoy the fresh air! If the weather is a bit chilly then you’ll be happy to hear that there’s a fire pit to keep you nice and toasty. Pre-order some dishes and drinks for everyone to share – all you need is up to 30 of your closest buddies to party the night away.

Situated up a sweeping staircase is the perfect area to seat 30 or stand 40-50 people. With its own private bar, this area is ideal for a Wake, Birthday Party, buffet style large party or a sit-down meal with table service. There’s even a projector available for presentation use! Take a look at our drinks packages and order a variety of dishes for everyone to share.

Situated up a majestic staircase is The Watling Room with a number of multimedia facilities available including a flat screen TV for presentation use or to show off your latest homemade film. Sit your audience of 30 or stand a larger 40-50 and enjoy our wide range of drinks and dishes.

If you’re planning a massive bash of up to 100 people standing or 60 seated then book out our entire top floor! With its own bar and large floor capacity created by combining the Watling and Ryknild room, this area is calling for a party! If you’re planning on inviting more than 100 then don’t worry, the more the merrier, just enquire and we’ll see what we can do.
