• B&K Gift cards can be redeemed in full or used as part payment at any Brewhouse and Kitchen Pub.
• B&K Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash. No change or refund will be given but remaining balances will stay on the card for future redemption.
• B&K Gift cards will expire 12 months from date of purchase, please see gift card carrier for expiry date. Any remaining balance may be deducted on expiry.
• B&K Gift card balances can be checked at any Brewhouse and Kitchen Pub or online at www.shop.brewhouseandkitchen.com/balance

PLEASE PROTECT YOUR CARD AND TREAT AS CASH. IF LOST, DAMAGED OR STOLEN, B&K GIFT CARDS CAN ONLY BE REPLACED IF PREVIOUSLY REGISTERED ONLINE.

B&K Gift Card Returns Policy

• If after receiving your B&K Gift Card and you change your mind and decide to return it, then the following procedure applies and must be completed within 28days of the purchase date:
• Notify us by email on: giftcards@brewhouseandkitchen.com or telephone us on: 0203 326 1672
• We will confirm receipt to you via email and will be able to refund the original card used to purchase the B&K Gift Card for the full amount including postage.
• Any cards that have been activated, lost or redeemed will not be accepted for any refund and will be considered as used.
• We will only make refunds to the original purchase card used.
• B&K Experience Gift cards can be redeemed in any Brewhouse and Kitchen pub.
